COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT

The Greater St. Louis Regional Empowerment Zone is an effective business development tool, designed to increase the number of opportunities for large development projects to remain, expand or move in to the Zone. Technical assistance, along with intergovernmental assistance and planning, helps assemble land and prepare sites to accommodate business and housing development projects. Some recent projects funded include:
