The St. Louis Regional Empowerment Zone facilitates revitalization in distressed areas by using federal seed money to leverage sustainable public and private investment. Empowerment Zone benefits for businesses include technical assistance, loads and tax credits. Business services are coordinated and provided at the Small Business Empowerment Center (SBEC) located at:
